This large & spacious self catering cottage is located in a farm building.

Ideal for 12 people maximum with all the comfort needed for a holiday with family or friends : 160m², a living/dining-room with a fireplace, sofas, TNT TV, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 rooms, 5 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms et 2 separate toilets.

This cottage has its private terrace and garden of 60m² with garden furniture and barbecue. It also access to a 400m² courtyard and a 800m² garden with swings and volleyball playground.
The courtyard is shared between all three holiday homes

If you rent our three cottages, all the guests can take their meal together in the white cottage up to 30-35 people.

Beds : sheets, pillows and blankets supplied.
Sleeping arrangements : the occupancy is restricted by law to 12 people regardless of the number of beds. The additional beds are to suit the type of groups.
Kitchen : cloths & serviettes are not provided.
Firewood : wood supplied.
Electric heating : charge of 0,1 € / KWh.
Housekeeping : the cleaning has to be done before the departure inventory (60€, 100€ or 200€ will be charged if the cleaning is considered insufficient and depending the level of cleaning needed). This is a possible option at the end of a stay.
Animals : under conditions, one animal per gite in respect of places and third parties.
